I could live on apple tarragon chicken salad- dice a green apple, chop up some tarragon, hold it together with some mayo, season with a squeeze of lemon & salt. The. Best.

You give me some chopped walnut or a pecan on there and we are in heaven. Maybe get wild, throw in some craisins!

I usually keep the red onion light, seems to have a lot of flavor that can over power my chicken salad if I keep it for a few days.
