I like the quick video - here’s a technique and we’re done. Also, you are quickly convincing me I need to start frying food.

Haha we do it once a week, usually, on FryDay. You can't beat something nice and fried. From chicken to fish'n'chips or pork chops.

I just learned the "put your foot in it" phrase a few months ago, when it was offered in regard to something I'd helped cook. It was then politely explained to me that it was a compliment, as my blank stare made it clear I was unfamiliar.

Hahaha yes I knew I had to explain when my wife, from Michigan, was like "huh"

This is a much better technique than I used to debone chicken thighs last week, I will have to use this moving forward, saves more of the meat too.

It is quick, easy, gets rid of the gristle/ knuckles and keeps the skin intact

I have had such better luck using thighs in my frying but my future wife, whom I love dearly, takes the "marginally healthier" hill to die on stance. There are some fights I can't win. But the few times I do win that fight, we both win because the sandwiches always turn out better.
