What if Army/Navy beat ND or ND beats them both?!

This weekend it was made very clear, Texas is the best team in the country…right now.

There are other teams that are pretty good. Texas is the only wire to mid-season wire that makes sense at number one. As we do with the format, I talk through it with my wife which helps me understand how it works because I am still trying to remember who goes where:

5 SEC teams today. 3 Big Ten teams if it started today. 2 ACC teams today. Just Iowa State from the Big 12 and then you add in Boise State. It won’t finish that way, because we still have SEC teams and Big Ten teams who have to play. Key future match-ups:
