Here is the reality, Georgia is starting their gauntlet run to try to get a bye for the playoff. Getting in is one thing, getting a bye is everything.

-@Alabama
-@Texas
-@Ole Miss

Plus a Tennessee team coming to town after proving their mettle in Norman.

So, with respect to The Format, Georgia, moving forward, has the hardest path to the playoff and they have navigate it all, flawlessly to:

1-Get to the SEC Championship Game
2-Get the bye

If they drop two, will they get to the playoff?

Which brings us into this part of The Format.

Georgia smashes Clemson and then Clemson decides to get busy and looks like they won’t lose another game which, would, lead to a bye and ACC Title. Obviously, we don’t have to worry about Florida State. We do have to look at Miami, Louisville and Clemson.
