You only cook and have turkey cooked on Thanksgiving or maybe Christmas.
Think of anything you’re good at, how often do you do it?
-Run a marathon, you run almost everyday and train
-Parent a child, a non-stop job
-Your actual job, another non-stop job
-You and your partner, a relationship, a non-stop job
-Other cooking, recipes you work on constantly to dial in like “Pizza Wednesday” or “Fried Chicken Thursday” or “Taco Tuesday” or a steakhouse caesar salad with grilled chicken or whatever the hell ever you cook routinely
Turkey is and should be the same.
