Mason Graham and Will Johnson are why Wolverines have a good start to draft
These guys are dudes, here's why
Obviously, having a QB picked in the Top 10 feels good. However, your draft quality as a college program is built on the backs of other positions being productive and going early. Like, sure, Bama has Jalen Hurts and Tua Tagovailoa, but the strength of what Nick Saban did and Kalin DeBoers is trying to sustain is built on all the other positions.
Enter Michigan where this year is probably better, more productive for them in terms of 2025-2026 NFL rookies. Mike Sainristil was the best Michigan guy picked in 2024, these two guys, Mason Graham and Will Johnson, will likely also be better than JJ McCarthy a year behind him, if he’s healthy.
